The company covers an area of 4l,600 square meters,construetion area of 34,000 square meters,fixed assetsof 120 million yuan,annual output of duetile iron more than 30,000 tons.The eompany has two automatie statiepressure horizontal molding production lines,two 148 seismic molding production lines,seven sets of 1 tonsteel shell intermediate frequeney electric furnace,complete environmental protection dust removaequipment and has passed the environmental assessment certifieation.Machining Division is mainlycomposed of large vertieal turning and vertical machining centers,CNC machine tools,driling and millingequipment,a total of more than 200 sets(sets);It has a complete set of casting testing and testing equipmenton-line testing implemented),such as:vaeuum direet reading speetrometer.carbon sulfur analvzer.automatie tensile testing machine,infrared flaw deteetor,three eoordinates and other high-preeision testingand testing instruments(more than 20 sets),and complete casting simulation software auxiliary testingfacilities.
